Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of TipFully (gettipfully.com). By using TipFully as a business, a worker or a guest, you agree to them.

What TipFully does

TipFully lets businesses and workers accept tips by QR code. Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Workers receive tips through their own Stripe payout account, and agree to Stripe's terms when they set it up.

Fees

Businesses and workers pay no fee to use TipFully. Guests pay a service fee of 10% + 50¢ on top of the tip. The fee is shown before payment and covers card processing and the TipFully service. The worker receives the full tip amount the guest chose.

Tips

Tips belong to the worker or, for team tips, to the eligible team members the business selects. TipFully does not keep any part of a tip. Team tips are held only until they are split, and are split evenly among the eligible team members who worked that day if the business has not split them within 7 days. Businesses are responsible for following tip-pooling and wage laws, including keeping managers and owners out of tip pools where the law requires.

Payouts

Workers are paid to their own bank account on Stripe's payout schedule. Payout timing can be affected by banks, holidays or Stripe's account reviews.

Refunds and disputes

Tips are generally final. If a guest is charged in error, contact us at support@gettipfully.com and we will review it. If a payment is refunded or disputed with the card issuer, the tip may be reversed from the worker's account.

Your account

Keep your login and private links (such as a worker's setup link) private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may pause or close accounts used for fraud, for anything other than tips, or in violation of these terms or Stripe's terms.

Taxes

Tips are income to the worker. Workers and businesses are responsible for their own tax reporting. TipFully provides tip reports, and Stripe may issue tax forms where required.

Limits

TipFully is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, TipFully is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees we received in connection with the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Questions: support@gettipfully.com.
